Analytics

On this page
A member sees delivery results on the app overview for the active environment. There is no separate Analytics page. The old address redirects to the overview.
How it works
The overview heading is Hello, the signed-in person’s first name, and a wave. From and to dates at the top of the overview choose the range. The picker offers Today, This week, Last two weeks, This month, Last month, and This year, or any custom range. This week starts on Monday and runs through today. Last two weeks is the two full weeks before this week. This month and this year run through today. Last month is the previous calendar month. With neither date, the range is the last 30 days through today. A start after the end is swapped. A range longer than 366 days is shortened to 366 days ending on the chosen end date.
The top shows three counts: active subscribers in this environment, notifications delivered in the range, and notifications that failed in the range. Delivered and failed are summed from notifications created in that range. The chart is delivered notifications per day in the same range. With no deliveries in the range, the chart shows an empty state and a link to send one. Another app’s deliveries are not included. The push provider is not shown.
Subscribers for the active environment are a pie beside that chart. Platform shows iOS, Android, and Web. Models shows the three largest device models, and a fourth slice named Others for every remaining model. SDK shows the client: Expo, React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Web. With no subscribers, the pie shows an empty state instead of a ring and zero shares. A subscriber in another environment is not included. Recent notifications list the latest sends for this environment: status, title, audience, delivered, failed, and open rate. With none, that panel shows an empty state and a link to send one. The overview does not offer import, segment, or automation shortcuts.
