App settings edit one app: name, description, icon, platform, stack, and, when that stack needs them, the package name and bundle ID. An admin or the owner can also delete that app from the same screen. Platform can be ios, android, both, or web. For React Native, Flutter, and Other, the platform follows the configured sides and the control cannot be changed on its own. Kotlin still requires a package name. Those three stacks can leave either side empty. Clearing the last configured side returns the app to development. Changing the package name queues Android preparation again when the current one is not already ready for that name. Clearing it removes the prepared Android app.
People, connections, usage, and billing are workspace settings. Connections shows the Apple Developer account saved on the workspace: the team and the key identifier. The signing key is not shown. It also shows OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, plus RevenueCat, Stripe, Discord, Slack, Resend, and HTTP. Each provider lists the keys saved for it, with the name and the first 8 characters of the value, then asterisks. A pen edits the name or replaces the value, and can delete the key. Add key asks for a name and a value and stores another key on the workspace. A developer, admin, or the owner can add one. A viewer sees the name and cannot add a key. Usage reads the workspace plan. Active subscribers on usage are the workspace’s production subscribers. Development subscribers are not counted. Those production subscribers stay counted when the plan changes, and the page shows that amount against the new limit. Notifications already used stay as well. Apps stay at the live app count. The Apps row shows the workspace apps as stacked icns with a light gray border. Notifications and workflows show one badge per app: the app icon and how much of that limit the app has used. The notification badge counts delivery attempts that app made in the open period. A skip does not count. The workflow badge counts the workflows stored for that app. Billing is for the owner. A paid workspace shows the next billing date, the invoices with a PDF download, and Cancel my subscription. That opens a note to write to [email protected]. The subscription stays active until we cancel it after that message. Upgrade stays on the billing page only while the workspace is on Free.
How it works
The app settings screen loads the current app and the same stack list used at creation. Saving replaces those fields. A new icon deletes the previous stored icon and keeps the new one. Leaving the icon unchanged keeps the current file. After a successful save, the user returns to app settings.
Platform and stack use the same allowed values as app creation. A viewer can open the screen. A developer, admin, or the owner can save it. An admin or the owner can soft-delete the app.
